KidZone Fitness

Fun is the key element. Fitness is achieved and friendship is developed. The 3F’s (Fun, Fitness, Friendship) combine to bring motor skills and fitness to your kids that will prepare them to practice any sport or activity.

 

Recommended Ages

Kids 3 to 5 (must be potty trained)

The kids learn the basic skills that will allow them to learn tennis easily

We ensure that their first experience with tennis later on will be a positive and successful one. When the kids have fun and feel good at what they do, they tend to like what they do.

Learning to be safe and how to get the most in a group lesson environment is our goal

Knowing when it safe to swing a racket, where to stand, paying attention when the teacher speak are some of the benefit of KidZone Fitness.

Motor Skills development

Throwing, Striking, kicking, catching, collecting, dribbling, carrying, dodging, faking, skipping, running, hopping and post exercise stretching.
