We started kidzone fitness with our two children as a fun approach to beginning sports. What we have experienced is an innovative program that has increased their abilities in hand-eye coordination, athleticism, and desire to compete in friendly way. KIDZONE FITNESS "Pre-Tennis for kids"
"Let the fun begin..." A high quality physical activities program to help young children to develop their grand motor skills. Starting to exercise at a young age is fun and easier. Health is the most important gift you can give to your child.


Fun is the key element. Fitness is acheived and friendship is developed. The 3F's (Fun, Fitness, Friendship) combine to bring motor skills and fitness to your kids that will prepare them to practice any sport or activity.

Ages
Kids 3 to 6 (must be potty trained)

The kids learn the basic skills that will allow them to learn tennis easily
We make sure that their first experience with tennis will be positive and a successful one. When the kids have fun and feel good at what they do, they tend to like what they do.

Learning to be safe and how to get the most in a group lesson environement is our goal
Knowing when it safe to swing a racket, where to stand, paying attention when the teacher speak are some of the benefit of KidZone Fitness.

Motor Skills development
Throwing, Striking, kicking, catching, collecting, dribbling, carrying, dodging, faking, skipping, running, hopping and post exercise stretching.
